If you would like to make a return or exchange, you will need to download and print our Return & Exchange Form. The form must be filled out completely, and must include the original Invoice Number from your order. No returns can be accepted without this form. 

You may type your information into the form on your computer, or write it in after you have printed it out. In order to view the form, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.



Return Policies

  • Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, you may return:
    • Any item in its original condition that either did not fit or you do not like, is a core return, or was damaged in transit. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are in no way responsible for damage caused by installation errors. ALL RETURNS are subject to a 25% restocking fee regardless of reason for return UNLESS a mistake was made on our part.
    • Special order or Custom products are non-returnable, UNLESS damaged in transit or by a mistake in measurements on OUR part. Measurements for custom products must be faxed to us to avoid any mistakes. If you order a custom windshield or accessory and receive the wrong product as a result of misinformation on your part, it cannot be returned.
    • Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or connected to a power supply, or unsealed for ANY reason. This includes, but is not limited to electric motors, electronic speed controllers, all switches of any type, solenoids and relays, electronic circuitry, charge indicators, battery chargers, gauges, horns, speedometers, diodes, coils, ignitors, voltage regulators, and starter/generators, unless covered by a expressed written manufacturer's warranty. We extend no warranty on electrical or electronic components beyond the manufacturer's own written factory warranty.

  • If your package arrives damaged, report it to the Delivery Service immediately or refuse delivery of the package. If the carrier has damaged the package in transit, they are liable and will return the package to us at no cost to you. If the package appears to be intact, but an item inside has been damaged during transit, you have three business days to report it to us so that we can file a damage report.


  • Returned product(s) must be boxed with the sufficient packing to protect the contents. Products damaged due to your poor packing will NOT be accepted for credit or refund.


  • Include your name, address, daytime phone number and order number (if you know your order number) along with the original credit card number. If you would like to call us with your credit card number that will be ok. We DO NOT keep credit card numbers on file. If you ordered the wrong product by mistake please let us know what product you would like to have in exchange or if you prefer a credit or refund. There are NO cash refunds and credit refunds will only be made to the card account for the original purchase or can be applied for in-store credit.


  • You may send the package back either via US Mail, UPS, or Federal Express. Whichever one is convenient for you. Please send back via ground service.


  • Once we receive the return, we will then process the return, evaluate the condition and circumstance and if warranted, promptly issue a credit or refund. We will not ship a replacement part before receiving the returned part. Any part returned will be subject to inspection to determine refund amount for merchandise. This amount may be less than the original payment based on condition of the items returned.


  • GolfCarCatalog.com is not responsible for ANY labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of the wrong or defective parts or correct parts installed in a manner other than consistent with the instructions in the appropriate service manual.


  • If you received the wrong product, contact us and we will issue an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.


  • You have 30 days to send back the product for a refund. ALL RETURNS will be subject to an automatic 25% restocking fee. We will NOT accept any returns for any reason after 30 days of the purchase date.

 

  • Refunds will take 10-14 business days to process once we receive the returned item.
