Driving Directions to Mountaintop Golf Cars, Inc. 

Mountaintop Golf Cars, Inc is nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains (segment of the Appalachian Chain) of north western North Carolina. Our location is about 3,600 feet of elevation above sea level and rests in the shadow of Grandfather Mountain (rumored to be one of the oldest mountains in the world). Our official address is listed as Banner Elk, NC, which has the nearest official post office. However, we are actually in the small community called Foscoe. The directions below describe how to find us from a variety of roads. Please come see us for all your golf car repair parts and accessory needs.

Driving Directions:

     

 

From 421 North:

     

421 N is the most used route to the Boone/Blowing Rock/Banner Elk area when originating from Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem, or Wilkesboro. Follow 421 N into Boone, NC city limits. At the fourth light past the “Welcome to Boone” sign (on right), make a left onto 105 South Extension. At the second light, you will cross straight over US Hwy 321 towards Banner Elk. There will be three more stop lights on this road before leaving Boone. Proceed on 105 South down a long hill towards Valley Crucis. Continue straight through the next light at the bottom of the hill (to your right at the light is Hwy 194 or Broadstone Road leading to Valley Crucis). Proceed approximately 4 miles from this light. Mountaintop Golf Cars, Inc (home of The Golf Car Catalog.com) will be on your left in the community of Foscoe, NC.

 

From 321 North:

     

321 N is a popular route to the Boone/Blowing Rock/Banner Elk area when originating from Lenoir, Hickory, Lincolnton, Gastonia, or Charlotte. Proceed north on 321 to Boone. From the “Welcome to Boone” sign on your right, proceed to the sixth stop light, which is the intersection with Hwy 105. There will be a 2 story Wendy’s to your left and an Exxon/Subway to your right. Make a left at this light on to Hwy 105 South towards Banner Elk. There will be three more stop lights on this road before leaving Boone. Proceed on 105 South down a long hill towards Valley Crucis. Continue straight through the next light at the bottom of the hill (to your right at the light is Hwy 194 or Broadstone Road leading to Valley Crucis). Proceed approximately 4 miles from this light. Mountaintop Golf Cars, Inc (home of The Golf Car Catalog.com) will be on your left in the community of Foscoe, NC.


From 221 North:

     

221 N is a common route to the Banner Elk/Boone Area when originating from Spruce Pine, Marion, Asheville, Spartanburg, and Greenville. We’ll start from I-40 for those of you starting from Asheville. Proceed north on Hwy 221 from I-40. This will take you through Marion up to Linville. Follow 221 N until it comes to a “T” intersection. Make a right onto 181 or Newland Hwy. Proceed less than 1 mile and you will intersect Hwy 105. Make a left onto Hwy 105. Proceed approximately 4 miles, where you will see a stop light which is the intersection which 184 or Tynecastle Hwy. From the light proceed approximately 4.2 miles and Mountaintop Golf Cars, Inc. will be on your right in the community of Foscoe, NC. It should be less than ¼ mile past Mountain Lumber Company (on right).

 

From US HWY 19

     

US HWY 19 is a common route to the Banner Elk/Boone area when originating from Northeastern Tennessee (Bristol, Kingsport, Johnson City, Roan Mountain). Precede on US 19E from TN towards Newland. In Newland, make a left onto 181 (Newland Hwy). Proceed to Linville to the intersection with Hwy 105. Make a left onto Hwy 105. Proceed approximately 4 miles, where you will see a stop light which is the intersection which 184 or Tynecastle Hwy. From the light proceed approximately 4.2 miles and Mountaintop Golf Cars, Inc. will be on your right in the community of Foscoe, NC. It should be less than ¼ mile past Mountain Lumber Company (on right).
