Spindles and Associated Parts
Golf Car Catalog offers spindles, spindle bushings, king pins and associated parts for many Club Car golf cart models, as well as utility vehicles and personnel carriers.
Club car has a unique set-up on their front suspension compared to other golf cart manufacturers. They typically have a lower leaf spring connecting the two front wheels. They attach via eyelets to the clevis on the king pin. The king pin is the pivot point on which the spindles for each wheels turn. The king pins sits vertically up from the leaf spring and is inserted through the spindle. A delta clevis bracket is placed on top of the upper portion of the king pin and retained by a nut. The upper delta clevis bracket is where the a-arm plates attach from the delta shock support.
If you have serious vertical play in your steering system, you may want to examine and if needed replace the spindle, king pins, or associated bushings to remedy the issue.
