Charger Circuit Boards and Relays
This section of Golf Car Catalog contains various circuit boards and relays to repair your old charger. Modern day chargers have electronic solid state circuit boards that control everything from turning the charger on to the amount of charge to provide and how long to provide it. Once the batteries have had enough recharge, the charger cuts itself off. Some continue to electronically monitor the battery voltage and automatically come back on if the battery voltage drops too much.
Club Car has a charger that communicates with an on-board computer and if the lines of communication are somehow interupted then the charger will not come on at all. Each brand of charger has a circuit board(s) that are particular to themselves. Updated versions will usually retrofit older ones but not always. In order to get the correct one study the boards offered and compare model numbers to be certain of compatibility. We do not permit these boards to be returned once connected to power and some are quite expensive. Call us at 1-800-328-1953 or drop us an email if you have questions. Be sure to have year models and charger model numbers handy.
