Product Description

This is the replacement 25 Amp Main Fuse for the Lestronic II Battery Charger. It comes with a plastic bubble cover to protect the fuse. In many cases this fuse blows because of a failure of one or both of the diodes on the heat sink plate or in the diode array.

The diodes are usually found on an aluminum plate, called the 'heat sink'.  Be sure to test both diodes in the array before replacing this fuse.  A charger that does not work and has suddenly started to buzz loudly, or if the building circuit breaker throws a few moments after the charger is plugged into the car you may have a blown diode.  The bad diode must be replaced before installing the new fuse or it will blow again.

This 25 amp dual link fuse fits these Lester Charger Model numbers: 17910, 16500, 14100, 14390, 13165, 13110, 9800, 9700, 9695, 9611, 9032, 9028, 9027, 8946, 7850, 7710, 6730, 6720, 6430.
