Columbia ParCar Year and Model Look Up

NOTE: This Year and Model Look Up is for Columbia ParCars made between 1996 and 2004.  A vehicle identification number from this time has a two to four character prefix followed by five numbers that are unique to each car.  Some cars from this time will also have a one to two character suffix (ie. 9A - 45454 - C3).  If your car does not have a suffix, please do not enter anything in the last text field.  If your serial number has a "R" as the first character, enter everything after the "R".  "R" means you have a remanufactured vehicle.
