Carburetors are one of the most critical components on any gas golf car. The carburetor is responsible for mixing air and fuel in the proper proportions and placing that fuel into the engine for combustion. Carburetors are the predecessor to fuel injection. If your golf cart is spitting, sputtering, backfiring, of won't run without the choke pulled, you may need to check your carburetor. Particulates in your gas can clog the small holes in the jets within the carburetor housing, the float can go, or the needle and seat can wear out over time. Sometimes, the problem can be fixed by removing the carburetor and clean everything thoroughly. Other times, you may need to use a carburetor rebuild kit to repair it, while sometimes there is nothing that can be done except to replace the entire carburetor.
Within this section, we offer carburetors and carburetor rebuild kits for only Columbia Par Car and Harley-Davidson golf carts, utility vehicle, and personnel carrier models.
