This is an aluminum dump cargo work bed with tailgate designed for various E-Z-GO golf car made from 1980 to present. We have one work bed that will work for Marathon model E-Z-GO golf carts made from 1980 to 1994. We also offer the work bed designed for Medalist and TXT model E-Z-GO golf carts made from 1994 to present. Please order according to the notes below.

Marathon models made from 1980 to 1994 feature two individual seat back rests, while the later Medalist and TXT models both have one long bench-style seat back. If you have doubts about what model you have, please see our Golf Cart Serial Number Guide. This work bed will not work for the RXV model E-Z-GO golf car introduced in 2008.

The work bed is shown here on the newer style TXT model E-Z-GO golf cart; however, the older Marathon dumping work bed that you may also order from this page will look similar. 

Rear View of Bed

This golf cart work bed is constructed of anodized aluminum extruded panels and measures 41" L x 33" W x 8" D. Capacity is 300 lbs.

Side View Dumped and Upright

The golf cart workbed features a quality spring loaded tension latch to hold it in place when not dumped. The same high quality latches are also used to hold the tail gate in the upright position.  Both latch mechanisms are pictured below.

If your cart has a top, you MUST also get special rear support legs to hold the top up. Your old ones will not work.
