Unlike drop axle and spindle kits, this ADJUSTABLE long travel lift kit is a full suspension change. Kit includes entire new front suspension featuring double wishbone suspension, chrome coil over shocks, racing quality tie rods, chrome brush guard, and built in reese hitch receiver, all in addition to the quality components offered for the rear.
You've seen other long travel kits on the market, but this is the only one in the world that features easily adjustable ride height based on whatever your application demands. With other lift kits, you are locked into a specified tire size. With this kit, you can change tire size down the road with only minimal adjustment to your lift kit. For off-roading, you might want to go with full ride height. When you get back to pavement and civilization, you may choose to go a little lower. The choice is yours.
For most vehicles a negative offset wheel and 22" or 23" tires will work with this lift kit. In some cases even larger. IMPORTANT NOTES:
NOTE 1: This kit is made for Medalist and TXT model E-Z-GO golf carts made from 2001-1/2 to present, but there are slight differences between the gas and electric versions in the rear end. In mid-production of the 2001 year, E-Z-GO made a change to their front axle/suspension/steering system. This kit only works with the "newer" style steering system from 2001-1/2 to present where the steering rack is mounted directly on top of the front axle of the cart. The "older" style had a steering box mounted directly to the front chassis rather than the axle. This kit comes complete with a whole new patent pending steering box/system as well as gold plated spindles.

NOTE 2: Either kit style comes standard with black powder coated A-arms and the chrome curved front bumper pictured above. Since E-Z-GO doesn't utilize a bumper, as such, on their factory models, this bumper will only work with this long travel kit. There are additional bumper options available for this kit for an additional cost. We also offer an optional light bar (pictured below on a Yamaha) complete with light mount holes in your your choice of chromed steel or black powder coated steel.
NOTE 3: As mentioned above, the kit comes standard with black powder coated steel A-arms. However, it is available with chrome A-arms for an additional cost. The chrome A-arm option is a non-stocking item through us or the manufacturer. They are produced on a per order basis only. If you choose the chrome A-arm option, Jake's will make your kit to order and may take 1-2 weeks before shipment. Please be aware of this delay on the chrome A-arm option.
